Are you a gym?

We’re not a gym but we are a community. Our Lead Coach is leading events, programmes and classes in a variety of areas across Essex and East London, with more locations in the pipeline. We’re bringing you high quality coaching to you.

Who can join?

It’s open to any women or girl who boxes, but you may be a male coach who has female boxers and are interested in finding out more. We love supportive men to join us but make sure you encourage your girls to as well.

Is it free?

We have a membership and paid event model. Eventually as we grow we hope to be able to sponsor places for people on low income who might not be able to access normally. However, we believe we are bringing value for money in our offer.

Is it amateur or white collar?

It’s open to all boxers but our emphasis is not on either pathway. We respect both areas of boxing but are predominantly focusing on women and girls interested in white collar, but welcome our amateur girlies too. We can all support each other.
